The ACX Book Posting Agreement is a binding agreement between the rights holder of a book and Audible, Inc., which sets the terms you agree to when you enter into production of an audiobook via ACX. You must agree to the Book Posting Agreement terms at the start of each audiobook project.

Where do I find the ACX Book Posting Agreement?

The ACX Book Posting Agreement can be found on the ACX Help Center. You will also see the ACX Book Posting Agreement when you set up your title profile on ACX.com.  

How do I agree to the ACX Book Posting Agreement?  

  Follow these steps to review and agree to the ACX Book Posting Agreement:  

1. Log in to ACX.com and locate your book.
2. Select the Claim Title button, and select Work with a Producer to narrate and record my audiobook project.
3. The ACX Book Posting Agreement will appear in your dashboard. Before you can create your title profile and open your book for auditions, you must first review and agree to the ACX Book Posting Agreement.
4. Once ready, select Agree & Continue after reviewing the Book Posting Agreement.
