How do I check my ACX sales information? To check your sales information, please follow these steps: Sign in to your ACX account.Select Insights from the navigation menu.Select Sales Overview.Select the title of the completed audiobook.Locate and select the Audiobook Sales tab. ACX will show you aggregated sales information from our retail partners, Audible, Amazon, and Apple Books. How often does ACX update my sales information? Sales data refreshes daily but may take around 48 hours to appear on your dashboard. All timestamps are shown in UTC. Additionally, a title will only show on your ACX Sales Overview if there has been at least 1 unit sold. Note: ACX sales data provided is for informational purposes only. Audible is not responsible for any inaccuracies in these preliminary sales figures. Finalized sales details will be found in your earnings reports available at the end of each month. Where can I find returns data for my ACX audiobook sales? Your Sales Overview now includes a column for Qualified Returns, which are the returns made within 7 days from the initial sale. This data is available retroactive to January 1, 2021. You will earn a royalty for audiobooks that are returned more than seven days after fulfillment, and those sales are reflected in the appropriate purchase type (AL, ALC, ALOP). To view returns broken out by sales type, you can download reports from your Sales Overview as a CSV file. What are the columns that I see on my ACX Sales Overview? Each time your audiobook sells, the transaction will fall into one of these categories: Net Sale units is the sum of AL, ALOP, ALC, and Qualified Listens minus Qualified Returns.Qualified Return(s) (QR) units is the number of audiobooks returned by customers within 7 days of fulfillment.AudibleListener (AL) units is the number of non-cash redemptions of your audiobook (such as a membership credit or monthly selection).AudibleListener over plan (ALOP) units are the number of cash purchases of your audiobook made by an Audible member.A la carte (ALC) units are the number of cash purchases of your audiobook made by a customer who is not an Audible member.Qualified Listens (QL) is the number of units that meet the applicable minimum listening threshold(s) for audiobooks consumed by Audible members in an All You Can Listen (AYCL) catalog and/or plan.The definitions above have been provided as a guide to help you understand the Sales Overview. There might be a few reasons why you are unable to see sales information for some of your audiobooks: You are not the rights holder of the audiobook or, as a producer, you did not enter a royalty share deal.You have completed a Pay-for-Production project as a producer.You entered a non-exclusive deal, so sales done by any retailers to which ACX did not distribute will not show.
