As a rights holder, there are several potential reasons you may not see the option to make an offer. If you receive an error message or experience other problems while making an offer, check the following solutions:

• Incomplete tax survey. U.S. tax regulations require ACX to collect information about your tax status under U.S. law using our short online tax survey. Once you and/or your producer completes the survey and enters the appropriate information, you'll be ready to proceed with your ACX project. • Offer is already pending. Visit Manage your offers to learn how to review an offer.
• You have not opened your book for auditions. To learn how to open your title for auditions visit Claim my title.
• You are not currently logged in. Log in to make an offer.
• You are currently in a producer profile account. You can only make an offer from a rights holder account.
• The first 15 minutes due date is the same as when the offer is being sent. To learn more about entering dates for the contract visit Manage your ACX contract.
• The per finished hour rate contains a currency symbol, resulting in an error. When entering the PFH (Per finished hour) rate, enter only the numbers (XX.XX) and exclude any symbols (e.g., $).
