Bundles can be an effective promotional tool, but they must follow specific requirements for credits, narration, and distribution agreements.

Requirements for creating bundles

To create an audiobook bundle on ACX:

1. You must have a bundled version of your Kindle edition books on Amazon.com.
2. Use the bundled Kindle item to claim your title on ACX when starting the project.
3. Upload all audio files for each individual book as one complete project.
4. Ensure the bundle and individual books use the same distribution agreement.

Book restrictions

When creating bundles for a series:

• Each individual book can only be included in one bundle.
• You can create multiple bundles using different books in a series (e.g., books 1-3 and books 4-6), only when the corresponding eBooks are bundled in the same way.
• You cannot include the same book in multiple bundles. For example: If you have a bundle of books 1-3, you may not create another bundle of books 1-6 because books 1-3 would appear in both bundles.

Narrator requirements

• It's recommended to use the same narrator throughout the entire series
• For pay-for-production deals or previously recorded audiobooks, multiple narrators are allowed
• If any of the audiobooks were completed through the royalty share option, both the bundle and each individual book must be done by the same narrator throughout.

Distribution agreements

When bundling titles, the Licensing & Distribution Agreement for the titles must match the agreement for each individual title produced. A mixture of agreements is not allowed.

Opening and Closing Credits for Bundled Orders

In addition, to the guidelines above, the following format for opening and closing credits needs to be followed when a rights holder is publishing a bundled or box set title:

Opening credits for book 2
All Chapters
Closing credits for book 2
Bundle closing credits
