Try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve your issue. For upload errors, we recommend attempting to upload your audio after completing each option. Ensure that you are using the most up to date version of your browser.Clear the cookies, cache and history on your browser, then close the browser entirely and re-open it. You can find the option to clear your cookies, cache and history in your browser settings.If you have been logged in and inactive for 4 hours or more, try logging out, closing out your browser entirely, and then logging back in.ACX.com has safety measures to protect you from possible spam traffic. If you happen to have multiple concurrent tabs or browsers please close the browser and open a new browser tab.Access the site from another browser to ensure that the problem is not browser-specific (Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Safari).If you are experiencing upload errors, remove any special characters from the file name and try again (short and simple names are recommended).If your internet connection is typically very slow, you may need to try uploading from another location with better service.
