The ACX listening overview provides a window into your current listeners with at-a-glance data visualizations and filtering capabilities—all within ACX.

Note: Listening data starts on September 1, 2024, refreshes within 24 hours, and is normalized for different narration speeds. It’s an aggregated total of Audible AL, ALOP, ALC and AYCL and Amazon Music Unlimited listening.

How do I view my listening insights?

To see your ACX listening overview information, please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your ACX account.
2. Select Insights from the navigation menu.
3. Select Listening overview.
4. Use filters to select specific titles, date range, marketplaces, authors, series, and/or narrators.

Note: The default view will have all of your titles selected. For narrators, this is limited to titles with royalty share terms.

What data does my ACX listening insights provide?

The ACX listener overview provides the following data:

• Daily listeners — The total listeners per day across the selected audiobooks.
• Hours listened — The total time listeners played the selected titles during the selected period.
• Top marketplaces — The total hours listened to selected audiobooks for the selected period by Audible marketplace.

Note: When a customer listens to multiple selected audiobooks in one day, they will be counted multiple times towards your daily listeners. To view unique daily listeners for a specific title, select that title the dashboard filters.

How do I export my listening data?

You can export listening data by title if you want to share or analyze it outside of ACX. To export your listening data, please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your ACX account.
2. Select Insights from the navigation menu.
3. Select Listening overview.
4. In Titles, select Download.
