How do I check my payment status as a producer?

To check your payment status as a producer, please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your ACX account.
2. In My Projects, select the In production tab, then select the book’s title.
3. When payment has been sent you'll be able to confirm that you received the payment by selecting the Produce audiobook tab and then selecting Confirm payment.

This will digitally confirm that you have been paid. After you've confirmed payment, your completed audiobook will be sent to the quality assurance team for a final quality check. If your files meet the submission requirements, the audiobook will be sent to retail. The process will be completed within 10 business days.

When will I receive payment for my royalties and bounties?

Payments are usually sent in the last week of the month following the end of the billing period. Please keep in mind that Audible will only send payment if the earnings for a given month are greater than $10.00. In the event that less than $10.00 is earned, the balance will carry over to the following month until you have earned $50.00 at which time the payment will be sent for the cumulative balance.

Where are my checks going to be delivered?

If you plan to receive royalty payments by check your payments will be sent to the address you've entered on your tax survey. If you need to update the address, you will need to re-take the tax survey, which will ensure that we can send future payments to the correct address.
