How do I update my ACX cover art? As a rights holder, you have the option to update the cover art for your project. Please ensure your cover art matches exactly the title and author present on your audio files (opening and closing credits) and metadata information. To upload cover art to your project, please visit the Manage cover art article. How do I change the author name? Once you have claimed your book on the ACX website, the author name and title details are pulled directly from the Amazon listing. Any changes to the author name will need to be completed by our production teams. Please contact us with your requested changes. Please ensure your cover art, opening and closing credits are consistent with the update author name. Follow these steps to update your title’s description: Log in to your ACX account and select My Projects.Select the Completed tab.Locate your title and select Change my audiobook.Select Make Changes in the pop-up window.Select Edit Retail Information.Change your product description, publisher or copyright and and select Save Changes.Select Submit changes for review. Your updates will go through quality assurance and will be live within 10 business days. Note: If you have special formatting (bold, italics, etc.), please contact us with a Word or PDF document with how you would like your description to appear. Rights Holders on ACX can add one PDF per title to accompany their audiobook. This PDF must be delivered as a single file. ACX is only able to accept PDF files that are 99 MB or smaller. To add a PDF to your audiobook, you will need to contact us using your ACX email address. On that email, please provide a compress version of your PDF to a 'ZIP' file of no more than 25MB. As a rights holder, you can change the category or genre of your book on Audible by contacting ACX support. Please review the available options on the Audible site: https://www.audible.com/categories. To change the categories of your audiobook on Audible please contact ACX Support. Please note: Our ability to modify categories is limited to the Audible website only.Amazon and iTunes may independently choose to list your title in similar categories based on their own criteria.For eBook category changes, you'll need to contact Amazon directly through kdp.amazon.com. With the addition of the Audio Analysis tool, the Production Manager contains more information than ever. In order to streamline the interface, we have introduced the Production resources tab, which will contain the opening and closing credits text, along with the project manuscript and the audio for the 15-minute checkpoint. To access the Production resources tab follow these steps: Log in to your ACX account.Select the In production tab.Select the project you are working on.Scroll down and select Production resources.From there, review the suggested Opening/Closing Credits.
