If you’re the rights holder, you'll be alerted once the audiobook has been uploaded. You will then want to listen to it from beginning to end to take notes of any mistakes or problems and the time in which they occur. Or, if the book is in great shape already, go ahead and approve it. After the audiobook is approved and the producer is paid (if it's a Pay-for-Production or Royalty Share Plus deal), the audiobook will be sent to our quality assurance team, and once approved, will be sent to retail. If you have an audiobook pre-recorded and wish to add it to ACX for distribution, follow these steps to upload your completed audiobook files: Log in to your ACX account.Go to My Projects and then select Claim your title.Locate the book you wish to produce, and select Claim title. Please note that in order to claim a book on ACX, it must be available in ebook format in the Amazon.com bookstore.Select Use my own audio files.Choose territories and terms of distribution.Review and accept our terms.Upload your audiobook chapter by chapter.Submit your complete audiobook for review.
