The royalty statement details your sales, earnings, and royalty payments for the reporting period. You can access this data in the Sales Overview. How can I view my monthly earnings/royalty report? You can view your royalty report by accessing the Earnings Report tab in ACX.com. The report is in Excel format and contains multiple pages that highlight all relevant information. You can download the report as an Excel sheet by following these steps: Sign in to your ACX account.Select Insights from the navigation menu.Select the Earnings Statements tab in the navigation menu.Select the month you wish to view.Select a format to open the report (Excel). You can then print or save a copy of the report. Note: Switch between the different tabs to find they information you need. The Royalties Earned by Title tab will contain the royalties information. How will I receive my monthly royalty and bounty statements? A royalty and bounty statement will be made available through the Earnings Reports tab. ACX does not send paper copies of your reports. However, you may download and print copies of your earnings reports directly from the Earnings Reports tab. Note: if you elected to receive direct deposit payments, you will also receive a voucher for your records noting your direct deposit transaction via email. How do I read the Sales Overview? Reports are added to the ACX dashboard on your account by the end of the month following the billing month. When the month ends, the sales and earnings are calculated and uploaded by the end of the following month.
